Occupying the top floor of a 64-story tower, the Shum Yip Showroom—also known as the “Cloud Showroom”—is a collaboration between the Shenzhen Futian District Government and Shum Yip Group. anySCALE’s design embraces the building’s sweeping skyline views through four continuous 27-meter panoramic windows equipped with digital display technology, merging city and sky in one seamless frame.
Inside, tradition and innovation blend into a refined, multifunctional environment. Metallic gray tones, corrugated textures, and dynamic projections narrate Shenzhen’s story of progress and culture. From reception halls that choreograph the visitor flow to immersive rooms enhanced by projection mapping, sound, and VR, the experience unfolds like a journey through the city itself.
Every space—city showroom, Futian living room, multipurpose hall, and conference suite—offers a distinct yet interconnected atmosphere. Intelligent lighting, drone-captured scenery, and synchronized digital overlays fuse real views with virtual content, turning each window into a living canvas.
