Chinese developer CR Land commissioned the team to create an ultra-dimensional exhibition space capable of delivering a futuristic and ethereal experience for its project within the government-funded regional initiative Future Science City.
The two-storey showroom features multimedia installations on one level and a multifunctional space on the other, showcasing models and exhibits for various real estate developments. The upper floor also includes a refined beverage bar and washrooms designed with a sleek, sci-fi aesthetic.
Distinctive materials and bold spatial strategies define the project: dreamlike “breathing” and “soft” metal walls achieved through diffused reflections; immersive environments enhanced by intelligent lighting and audio systems; a mirror-finished elevator; and a series of progressive visual scenes that intuitively guide visitors through the space.
The design’s centerpiece — the “Super Wall” — redefines the perception of spatial continuity. Conceived as a visually seamless ceiling, it integrates mirrors, glass, LED lighting, and a fine metal mesh curtain concealing the air-conditioning system, forming a unified, technologically refined architectural composition.
