Designed as a functional and compact workspace, the office is organized into two clear zones: the outer zone with the reception, waiting area, large meeting room, and pantry, and the inner zone housing the manager’s office, workstations, smaller meeting rooms, and informal discussion areas. This layout ensures smooth circulation, separating public and private activities while maximizing efficiency. Functional spaces were placed near the core, and workstations positioned along the windows to optimize daylight and views — a reflection of a modern workplace culture centered on employee well-being.
To echo the client’s commercial real estate identity, the design blends three-dimensional terrazzo surfaces and white aluminum mesh curtains within a refined grey-and-white palette. Light-toned wood finishes extend across floors, walls, and furniture, adding warmth, while champagne-gold stainless steel details introduce understated sophistication.
The elegant front desk and lounge area are complemented by a leisure bar counter with lush greenery, offering balance and calm within the dynamic workspace.
