anySCALE’s latest project for China Resources Land unites the company’s regional and Chengdu offices within a five-floor shared space. At its heart, a communal middle level connects both teams through an open, light-filled environment dedicated to relaxation and interaction.
The third floor’s reading nook, casual meeting pods, yoga room, and gym create a calm counterpoint to the workspaces above and below. Surrounding offices on the second and fourth floors balance formality and hospitality, with meeting rooms, reception zones, and generous tea lounges overlooking the city. The top and bottom levels house flexible work areas defined by natural light, warm wood, and a sense of openness that encourages communication.
A restrained palette of black, white, and metal tones is softened by timber, greenery, and copper highlights. Glass, stone, and textile surfaces blend seamlessly to convey precision, comfort, and quiet sophistication. With this project, anySCALE translates China Resources Land’s corporate identity into a spatial language that is both efficient and human—refined yet effortless in expression.
